We do not collect traditional personal data (such as names, emails, addresses). The service operates with your self‑custodied wallet and on‑chain transactions. We may use analytics to understand basic usage, and we rely on third‑party infrastructure (e.g., Solana RPC providers, IPFS/Pinata) to deliver the service.
2. Data We Handle
- On‑chain data: Wallet public keys, transaction signatures, token mints/metadata you deploy are public on the blockchain.
- Uploads/metadata: Images and JSON metadata you choose to upload may be pinned to IPFS via Pinata and become publicly accessible and immutable in practice.
- Local storage: We may store simple state (e.g., wallet connection status, UI preferences) in your browser’s localStorage. This data remains on your device.
- Analytics: We may use privacy‑friendly analytics to measure page views and basic events. We do not attempt to identify you.
3. What We Don’t Collect
We do not collect or require account registration, names, emails, phone numbers, postal addresses, government IDs, or payment card details.
4. Legal Bases (EU)
For EU users, our primary legal basis is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to operate and improve the service, ensure security, and measure usage in aggregate.
5. Third Parties
- Solana RPC providers (e.g., Alchemy or other nodes) to read/write blockchain data.
- Wallets (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) that you connect directly in your browser.
- Pinata/IPFS to pin and serve token images/metadata.
- Jupiter (embedded/linked) for trading interfaces.
- Birdeye (embedded/linked) for token charts and market data.
- Google Fonts and Font Awesome CDNs to serve assets.
- Analytics provider (to be determined) for privacy‑friendly usage stats.
These services have their own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies.
6. International Transfers
The internet and public blockchains are global. Your interactions may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to these international data flows.
7. Data Retention
We do not maintain user profiles. On‑chain data persists indefinitely on the blockchain. Content pinned to IPFS may persist indefinitely across nodes. LocalStorage remains on your device until you clear it. Any server logs, if present, are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
9. Your Rights
Because we do not maintain identifiable user accounts or collect traditional personal data, certain rights (access, deletion) may not apply. For blockchain data, changes are not possible after confirmation. For localStorage, you may clear data in your browser. For IPFS content, removal may be infeasible once distributed.
10. Children’s Privacy
The service is not directed specifically to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. We do not provide individual notices of updates.
